First instars of three North Amercian species of the Rugaspidiotinus Balachowsky are described and illustrated. Based on descriptions of their first isntars, Rugaspidiotus sculpturatus Ferris and R. nebulosus Ferris are here transferred to the genus Rugaspidiotinus.
